  • There are no cancellation fees; however, repeated last-minute cancellations may impact future bookings.

  • If weather or safety conditions prevent us from performing the service, we will contact you promptly to reschedule.

5. Power & Water Requirements

  • We bring our own water, electrical power, cleaning supplies, and equipment.

6. Photo & Video Policy

We may photograph or record your vehicle before and after detailing for documentation, quality assurance, and promotional use.

  • License plates and personal details will always be blurred or hidden.

  • No personal information will be shared publicly.

  • If you prefer not to have your vehicle photographed, please notify us in advance of your appointment.

7. Liability

  • ChemGloss Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, stains, or defects that may become visible after the cleaning process.

  • We are not liable for damages caused by poor vehicle condition, worn materials, or structural issues unrelated to our work.

  • Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings before service begins.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or digital payments as specified on our website.

  • Tips are never required but always appreciated for exceptional service.
